Terms of Use
Last updated: 09/27/2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "you") and VirtuallyHer Academy, operated by Allie Durkin / VirtuallyHer ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any VirtuallyHer Academy program — including The VirtuallyHer Method, Booked Solid, or Behind Her — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the programs.
1. What You're Purchasing
VirtuallyHer Academy programs are digital educational content delivered through our hosting platform (Teachable). Enrollment gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own individual use. You are not purchasing ownership of the content, and no partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created by your enrollment.
2. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any program, in whole or in part, once purchase is complete, regardless of how much of the content you have accessed or completed. This applies to standalone purchases and to any specialization program purchased using a discount code earned through completion of The VirtuallyHer Method. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Exception: nothing in this section overrides any refund rights you have that cannot be waived under the law of your jurisdiction.
3. No Sharing, Copying, or Redistribution
All course content — including videos, lesson scripts, slides, worksheets, templates, and any accompanying materials (such as Notion templates or Google Docs) — is the exclusive intellectual property of VirtuallyHer / Allie Durkin and is protected by copyright law. You may not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your login credentials or course access to any other person
- Copy, record, download, reproduce, or repurpose any course content for distribution to others
- Post, upload, or share course materials publicly or privately outside your own personal use
- Use course content, in whole or in part, to create or teach a competing product, course, or service
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue any legal remedies available to us.
4. No Guarantee of Results
VirtuallyHer Academy provides education, strategy, and training. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, client volume, follower growth, or business result from completing any program. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and how you apply what you learn. Any examples, testimonials, or case studies referenced are not a promise or guarantee of similar results for you.
5. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or enroll. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Program Access and Changes
We may update, revise, remove, or discontinue course content, features, or the platform hosting the programs at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your access to content you've purchased, but access is not guaranteed indefinitely (for example, if our hosting platform changes or a program is retired). Prior versions of a program (such as an earlier version of Booked Solid) may not carry forward automatically to a revised version.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VirtuallyHer Academy and Allie Durkin are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the programs — including lost profits, lost business, or lost data — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the programs is limited to the amount you actually paid us.
8. Disclaimer
The programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued access to the programs after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
